For the first time since the onset of COVID, “Hālāwai o Banyan Networks” was held at the end of April. This team-building event was designed to develop cohesion, camaraderie, and team-spirit with ice breakers, strategy, forecasting, and safety training.
For our industry supporting critical infrastructure, this event provided a valuable forum to share ideas and get to know each other on a personal level that isn’t always replicable via remote video conferencing.
‘Ohana accompanied our participants over two nights and three days. An afternoon of recreation was included to say “Mahalo for your commitment to excellence and dedication to a demanding mission. We appreciate you and your ‘ohana.”
