Lawai Beach Resort, located on the south shore of Kauai, sits upon seven acres overlooking one of the best snorkeling and surfing spots on the island. The resort offers a host of activities on property which requires an efficient communications system between staff who are there to serve its guests.
“We needed to upgrade the quality of our radio transmissions so that we could provide better service for our guests,” said Nick Solare, Security Manager for Lawai Beach Resort. “Banyan helped us improve our two-way communication system and the new equipment has been great.”
Prior to their upgrade the Lawai Beach Resort team worked with an outdated analog system making it difficult to communicate. Banyan was able to upgrade them to a digital platform which resolved the issues they were having.
“Brian was very helpful, and we are very pleased with our new radio system,” said Solare. “It’s a small change that our guests don’t see, but it makes a big difference in how we can serve them. We are grateful to Brian and Banyan Networks for their professionalism and expertise.”
