To prevent our newsfeed from looking like an apocalyptic documentary, we will occasionally post our favorite recipes here. Try this winning recipe for smoked wings by our VP of Engineering:

  • Get some wings with the drumettes attached.  The more the merrier
  • Brush the skins with some bacon flavored olive oil
  • Lightly dust with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cracked black pepper
  • Smoke at 275°F for two hours while checking for an internal temperature of 165°F
  • Wings should be golden brown with crispy skins
